Your paid pilot includes Tomes Present Pro for $100/month for the first 3 months. Your first $100 payment is collected today. Your pilot period begins once onboarding is complete and your office has access. The standard $500setup fee is waived for pilot offices. There is no annual contract. As an early pilot office, we'll ask for feedback to help improve the product. During month 3 of the pilot, we'll ask whether you'd like to continue with Tomes Present Core or Tomes Present Pro. If no plan change is selected before the pilot ends, your subscription will continue on Tomes Present Pro at $399/month.
